Bigley is the official mascot of Moonrise Distillery. He is a Saint Bernard and loves Bourbon and Brandy.

We are a family distillery. Meet CJ, our son and our Assistant Head Distiller. He's been training for years and is all about quality.

Heart and soul of the distillery engine. We can process over 600 gallons of whiskey/brandy and 100 gallons of vodka/gin per day at full production.
